Domestic USA: We ship by USPO Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
International: Depending on your country we prefer to ship US Postal Global, but in some instances UPS or FedEx are more appropriate.
Returns
Any item can be returned for a full refund, or credit toward another item or items, minus shipping charges. Please contact us within 3 weeks of receipt of items to insure your return shipment reaches us within 30 days of your receipt. Items returned must be in new condition, unless broken in transit by carrier, in which case a claim must be made with the carrier, before contacting us.
