USA — Free Priority Mail shipping on orders over $75

We ship by USPO Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless other arrangements are made in advance.  (The cart will automatically calculate your shipping cost based on the total)

We try to ship the same or next business day, and most orders arrive within 2-3 days from the date shipped, though not guaranteed by USPO.

Outside USA — Free International Priority Mail on orders over $295 US
Depending on your country we prefer to ship US Global Priority Mail, but in some instances UPS or FedEx are more appropriate.  (The cart will automatically figure your shipping cost)

Most International orders arrive in 7-10 days depending on your local Customs Office regulations.

Returns

Any item can be returned for a full refund, or credit toward another item or items, minus shipping charges. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown by USPS confirmation. Items returned must be in new condition, unless broken in transit by carrier, in which case a claim must be made with the carrier, before contacting us.

Credit card purchases: Returns for a refund on orders over $200 may be subject to a 2% restocking fee to cover non-refundable credit card merchant fees charged to us.
